This website does not use tracking cookies and does not run analytics that identify you. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us, by email or through the contact form, in which case we receive the information you send: typically your name, email address, firm and the content of your message. Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by an email delivery provider acting under a data processing agreement.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about our services (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
• To carry out steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, such as preparing a proposal (lawful basis: contract).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the contents of your correspondence to train AI models.

Where data is processed

Our systems are configured to process and store data in UK and EU regions. Our email is provided by an enterprise provider under a data processing agreement. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which it is deleted. Where a contract is entered into, records are retained in line with legal and professional obligations.
